Sales Lead Generation Expert

Remote Sales Lead Generator Rep (AU Timezone) – Long-Term + potential bonus!

We’re looking for a full-time Sales Development Rep to join our growing team at RFP Group – a growing Australian commercial painting and services company.

? Your Role:
- Call 40–50 business contacts per day across all markets
- Book 30+ meetings per week into our team’s calendars
- Talk to facility managers, schools, hospitals, strata managers, real estate agents.
- Send follow-up emails, SMS, and LinkedIn messages
- Use Salesforce (you’ll need to be confident!) - even better if you can show us what we don't know already!

? Requirements:
- Excellent spoken + written English
- Previous outbound sales or lead gen experience
- Available full-time 9am–5pm AEST
- Strong internet, noise cancelling headset, and PC setup
- Willing to grow long-term in the role
