Shopify Drop shipping Store Setup & Automation Specialist

We are looking for a highly experienced Shopify Drop shipping Specialist who can create, manage, and grow a fully automated and optimized drop shipping store from scratch.
This includes setting up the Niche products store, integrating apps, managing product research, running marketing campaigns, building social media accounts, and providing ongoing reports.

Responsibilities:

Build and set up a professional Shopify store (branding, layout, navigation).
Integrate and configure essential drop shipping apps to automate and streamline such as (Auto DS, DSers, Printify & alike etc.).
Ensure smooth back-end connections for payments, shipping, and order fulfillment.
Conduct product and niche research to identify high-potential winning products.
Implement automation workflows for order processing, email marketing, and abandoned cart recovery.
Create and manage ad campaigns (Facebook, TikTok, Google).
Create branded TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook pages for the store under the business name.
Produce TikTok creatives and viral-style content for marketing campaigns.
Provide weekly analytical reports on sales, traffic, and performance.
Recommend improvements for conversions and scaling (upsells, bundles, A/B testing).
Daily micro reports on progress made, milestones reached, tasks completed.
Meet weekly with us via zoom call to review progress and strategies from previous week.
Open to full time employment early in, if progress is clear and targets are being met consistently with task completion and overall set up and running.
Customer service assistance through email.

Requirements:

Proven experience building Shopify drop shipping stores (portfolio required).
Strong knowledge of Shopify apps, integrations, and automation.
Experience in digital marketing (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
Experience creating and running TikTok/Instagram/Facebook business pages.
Ability to prepare business reports and use analytics tools.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Creative, resourceful, reliable, highly organised, driven individual who is able to work independently with attractive bonus incentives to target their personal gain.

Compensation & Bonuses:
Part-Time: 20-30h/pw PHP 20,000 – 35,000/month (~$550–$960 AUD) depending on previous proven skill level
Full-Time potential (if managing multiple stores): PHP 40,000 – 60,000/month (~$1,100–$1,650 AUD)

Performance Bonuses:
$1,000 AUD monthly profit ? PHP 5,000 bonus
$5,000 AUD monthly profit ? PHP 15,000 bonus
$10,000 AUD monthly profit ? PHP 35,000 bonus

Retention bonus of PHP 10,000 after 3 consecutive profitable months of a minimum of $1000 AUD monthly profit
3 consecutive months of $5k+ profit ? PHP 20,000 retention bonus
3 consecutive months of $10k+ profit ? PHP 40,000 retention bonus

All profit-based bonuses are calculated on net profit after all expenses (including product costs, shipping, platform fees, refunds, subscriptions, wages and marketing/ad spend or any business-related expenses)
