What you’ll do:

Take control of every call.

Negotiate files, lock resolutions.

Use proven scripts and aggressive rebuttals.

Deliver daily numbers.

Show up every day, no excuses.

What you need:

3–5 years of recent collections or outbound closing.

No more than a 3-month gap in work history.

Strong voice, heavy presence, tough mindset.

PC/laptop, fast internet, and backup power — zero downtime.

Pay Track:

$3/hr training

$7/hr hired seat

Negotiable raise after 90 days — your numbers d ---------- .

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hrs/week

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PST
