What You’ll Do:

Handle calls with urgency and control.

Close files daily — no excuses.

Work with a proven system of scripts + rebuttals.

Uphold attendance and performance standards.

What You Bring:

3–5 years proven closing/collections experience.

No more than 3 months gap in employment.

Strong phone voice and negotiating skill.

PC/laptop, fast internet, and backup power.

Compensation Path:

$3/hr training ? $7/hr seat ? raise after 90 days based on numbers
