Operations Manager Needed for High-Growth Fitness Business!!

Right now, our business is growing fast — clients are coming in, content is being created daily, and revenue is climbing. But the backend is messy: data isn’t tracked consistently, KPIs aren’t visualized, and we’re losing clarity on how well the business is truly performing.

Without structure, growth stalls. Without numbers, we can’t make decisions. That’s why we need you.

Your Role:

As our Operations Manager, you’ll bring structure to the chaos. You’ll be the person who builds the systems, tracks the numbers, and gives us the dashboards we need to grow. Your work will allow the CEO to focus on clients, content, and scaling — while you own the backend.

This is not just a “task-doer” role. This is about taking initiative, spotting inefficiencies, and building solutions from scratch. If you’ve ever wanted to lead operations for a growing personal brand and be the one who installs the structure for scale, this is it.

Responsibilities:

- Build and manage tracking systems (KPI dashboards, lead trackers, client databases, etc.)
- Lead the setup and optimization of weekly/monthly reporting flows
- Define and document SOPs across operations and client success
- Take ownership of backend organization and proactively improve systems
- Support scheduling, email, and occasional special projects as needed

Requirements:

- 1–3+ years of VA or Operations experience
- Strong Google Sheets skills (formulas, organization, automation)
- Fluent English (written + verbal)
- Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Bonus: experience working with coaches or creators

Workload & Pay:

- 15–25 hours/week (flexible) --> build to long-term full time role if you're a fit
- $400–$800/month depending on experience
- Performance bonuses available
