Cold caller and Lead generation

Are you a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual with a passion for providing exceptional service? Do you have experience with lead generation, CRM management, and social media marketing? We're looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to join our car rental agency team and support our growing business.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
Utilize platforms like Facebook and Instagram to attract and follow up with leads.
Manage and track leads effectively using GoHighLevel CRM.
Will call leads

CRM Management:
Input and maintain customer information within GoHighLevel and RentCentric CRM.
Ensure data is organized and interactions are tracked properly.
Will call leads

Onboarding:
Serve as the primary contact for onboarding new clients and ensure their information is accurately entered into the system.

Documentation:
Prepare and send car rental agreements and payment requests to clients on a daily basis.

Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Handle email correspondence with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Social Media Management:
Leverage your skills in social media to create engaging content and generate leads.
Perform basic video editing for impactful content.

Communication:
Manage both inbound and outbound calls to ensure clear and efficient communication with clients.

Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service and appointment setting.
Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly GoHighLevel.
Expertise in social media lead generation and content creation.
Strong email management skills and professional communication abilities.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a passion for customer service.

Working Hours

5 days a week – 8 hours per day
2 days a week – 4 hours per day
