Corporate Event Sales Manager (PH-based, Night Shift)

Company: Deloro Valley — 132-acre retreat & events destination near Yosemite California
Work Setup: Remote (PH-based). Pacific Time overlap required (typical PH hours: 12:00am–8:00am PHT, Mon–Fri, similar availability for limited followup on weekends)
Compensation: USD $1,000/month base + performance bonuses (? ?56k–?60k)
Type: Full-time, long-term

Role

Own the corporate events sales pipeline: prospect, qualify, schedule tours, build proposals, negotiate, and move deals to signature while keeping CRM data clean.

Relevant Experience (REQUIRED)

At least 2 years in one or more of:

Hotel/Resort Group Sales or Reservations (corporate/group blocks)

Venue/Event Space Sales (tours, holds, contracts)

DMC/MICE/Events Agency account coordination or sales

Corporate Offsite/Retreat Sales (camps, ranches, retreat centers)

Responsibilities

Source & qualify corporate leads; respond quickly to inbound

Schedule/host virtual tours; coordinate on-site tours

Create tailored proposals & contracts (HubSpot/Tripleseat or similar)

Maintain pipeline hygiene and hand-off cleanly to operations

Requirements

Excellent written English; confident on Zoom/phone

Proven B2B hospitality/event sales wins; CRM discipline

Tools: HubSpot, Tripleseat (or similar), Google Workspace, LinkedIn

Organized, reliable, and comfortable with night shift (PT overlap)
