We’re now looking for a Virtual Assistant who can grow with us into a long-term, full-time role.

This is not a “routine admin” job. It’s a role where you’ll learn directly inside a fast-moving investment education company, supporting real marketing campaigns, live events, and high-impact research initiatives.

So we are proposing that you as a virtual assistant to work on the following time schedule:

- Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm (SGT), Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm (SGT)
- Flexibility required: Some tasks may occur outside standard hours due to market timings, live campaigns, or events.
- Example: A quick 10–15 minute task at midnight, or adjusting your day’s start time if there’s late-night work.
- Advance notice will be given where possible, but urgent tasks must be prioritised immediately.
- You must be reachable during critical campaign windows.

Once you are in the Long Term Contract Role you will be paid a fixed monthly salary, an amount that is better than the average salary that you can get in your country.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Daily Marketing & Operations
- Support YouTube Ads reporting & basic optimisation
- Upload & optimise YouTube videos
- Schedule and track content across social media
- Monitor & engage comments across Telegram, Instagram, Facebook

2. Campaign Support

- Assist with media buying adjustments (sometimes outside 9–6pm)
- Support live events, webinars, and workshops (occasional weekends)
- Research, format, and prepare content for campaigns

3. Operational Support
- Reply to enquires on Email and Whatsapp
- Track time and document progress
- Follow SOPs and suggest improvements
- Assist with urgent, high-priority tasks when needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Responsiveness -- Fast replies, especially during campaigns or urgent situations
- Resilience -- Comfortable with “quiet times” and “all-hands-on-deck” sprints
- Independence -- Strong initiative, minimal supervision required
- Attention to Detail -- Analytical, precise, and organised
- Technical Comfort -- Google Docs/Sheets, Gmail, Social Media platforms
- Professional Setup -- Reliable computer, webcam, fast internet (backup preferred)
- Adaptability -- Willing to adjust schedule when needed
- Trustworthiness -- Discreet, reliable, and accountable
*Bonus if you have experience with media buying, YouTube, or social platforms — but not mandatory if you’re a fast learner.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Fast response time (even outside hours when urgent)
- A “give and take” attitude — understanding that sometimes it’s quiet, and other times it’s all hands on deck
- Strong attention to detail with minimal supervision
- High reliability and personal accountability
- Experience with social media, YouTube, or media buying is a plus, but not mandatory if you learn fast
- Stable internet connection and backup power/data preferred

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Marketing & Operations Tasks:
- YouTube Ads reporting and basic optimisation support
- Social media content scheduling and performance reporting
- YouTube video uploads and description optimisation
- Monitoring comments across Telegram, Instagram, and Facebook

Campaign Support:
- Assisting with media buying changes (sometimes outside 9–6pm)
- Coordinating tasks during live events, webinars, and workshops (including occasional weekends)
- Research, formatting, and content support for marketing materials

Operational Support:
- Time tracking and documentation
- Following SOPs while suggesting improvements
- Assisting with urgent tasks as directed by team leads

BASIC REQUIREMENT

- Able to communicate and write in English. Must be very good with the language.
- Must have a good computer with a web camera and has very good internet speed connection as will need to connect / communicate through Zoo ---------- etups very often.
- Must have familiarity and experience with using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail and Social Media Platforms (Instagram, Youtube, Telegram… etc)
- Has the ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously
- Willing to occasionally work outside stipulated hours when urgent tasks arise.
- Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and meticulous (Solid attention to detail)
- Independent (Someone who has initiative & discipline to do the work and not chased for work to be done)
- Trustworthy (we need someone discreet and reliable)
- Excellent communication skills
- And lastly, has a strong desire to improve and grow with the team!

If you are selected, there will be a probation period of 1 month. Don’t worry, you will be compensated hourly during your trial. Once we are satisfied with your performance, we will absorb you to a full time contract role.
