Full-Time Social Media VA — Content Creation & Video Editing (Female, Long-Term)

We are seeking a reliable, creative, and proactive Female Virtual Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibilities will involve social media content creation, video editing, and photo/graphic editing. This is a long-term role with opportunities for bonuses and growth for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

- Edit short-form videos for social media (cutting, trimming, adding captions, effects, transitions).
- Design and edit images & Covers (text changes, Canva/Photoshop, etc.).
- Repurpose content for different platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook).
- Assist in scheduling and posting content across platforms.
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut) to streamline content creation.
- Help brainstorm creative ideas for content and engagement.

Requirements:

- Female candidates only.
- Experience with basic video editing (CapCut, Filmora, Premiere, etc.).
- Basic photo editing/graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube content styles.
- Basic experience with AI tools (preferred, training provided).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
