Experienced Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist (Proven Results Required)

Job Description

I’m looking for a highly skilled appointment setter / lead generation specialist who can consistently get my calendar filled with qualified sales calls.

This is not an entry-level position.

I need someone who already knows:

-How to build a working outreach system
-How to write effective scripts and follow-ups
-How to manage conversations until the call is booked
-How to adjust strategy to improve results
-How to generate 5–10+ appointments per week for past clients

You will take full ownership of generating appointments. I do not want to micromanage. I want results.

Your Responsibilities

-Choose the most effective outreach channel(s)
-Build the messaging, angles, and follow-up sequences
-Run daily conversations
-Qualify leads
-Book appointments directly into my calendar
-Track performance and report daily
-Continuously refine the system based on results

Pay Structure

-$200/month base pay
-+$15 per booked appointment
-+$25 per show
-+$100 bonus for every client that closes

Strong performers typically earn $800–$1,500/month.
