Face Book Marketing Expert

I own several e-commerce websites. We have facebook pages for these sites, but not much of a presence. I am looking for a FaceBook marketing expert to advise us on how to pump up our presence on Face Book.

Our goals are:

~~> To drastically increase the number of fans and friends for our products.
~~> To use FB as a means not only to disseminate information about our products
~~> To use FB as a means to drive traffic and buyers to our website.

PLEASE NOTE: The ultimate goal is to sell product, so everything done must be with this objective in mind.

The employee will provide a written plan to that will help us achieve the above goals. This plan will detail

~~> Specific steps that need to be taken.
~~> Order that steps need to be implement and estimate of manpower to complete each step
~~> Required to change(s) to our FB page(s)
~~> Any necessary tools or software and it's cost
~~> Advice regarding the implementation of the plan to keep us from getting banned on FB

Interested parties should provide a brief written summary of their experience and background with regard to developing marketing plans for PRODUCT pages on FB. The URL's of specific pages you have developed or worked with is required. At least three references of companies or websites that you have worked with on their FB pages is also required. All communication will be in English so contractor must be fluent in written and spoken English.

The person hired will design the plan, and work with our employees to help us implement the plan. I am looking for approximately 40 hours of time during a one month period after which we will take over all day to day work. Although there are no guarantees we may ask employee at the end of the month to begin working on other sites we own.

Excellent English skills are a requirement
