Cold Email Outreach Specialist (Remote)

175 Productions is looking for an experienced Cold Email Outreach Specialist to join our team.
We are a video and photography production company serving SMEs and individuals, and we need someone who can help us generate leads and book meetings through targeted cold email campaigns.

Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential leads according to our target market.
Write, personalize, and send cold emails using approved templates and strategies.
Manage and track outreach campaigns (open rate, reply rate, follow-ups).
Maintain lead databases and ensure information accuracy.
Report weekly results and suggest improvements to increase conversion.

Requirements:
Proven experience in cold email outreach and lead generation.
Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Woodpecker, Lemlist, or similar.
Strong written English skills (clear, professional, and persuasive).
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
Previous experience working with marketing or production companies is a plus.
