We are looking for a long-term Customer Support Representative to join our Shopify dropshipping business. For those who consistently make a positive contribution, there will be strong opportunities for growth within the company. We are seeking a dedicated candidate who can represent the business with professionalism and excellent customer service.
The role will begin at 14 hours per week, with the flexibility to increase to 20–30 hours when required. Applicants must be available for weekly team calls, able to start immediately, and not currently employed in another full-time role.
Your responsibilities will include responding to customer
To succeed in this role, you will need experience with Gmail for handling customer support, Shopify as our eCommerce platform, WhatsApp and Zoom for communication, and ChatGPT for translations and drafting
We require fluent English, both written and spoken, and a minimum of four years’ experience in customer support. You should be organised, motivated, and willing to learn and grow. It is important that communication with customers is always consistent, accurate, and on-topic.
In return, we will provide you with a detailed Customer Service Handbook containing step-by-step guidance, as well as access to the Lead Customer Support representative who will be available to answer your questions and provide training.
