We’re looking for a Remote CPA to own our multi-entity bookkeeping and financial reporting. If you’re highly accurate, proactive, and love turning messy financials into clean, actionable reports—you might be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do
Reconcile books for Blue Sky & Able Electric by the 10th of each month

Deliver monthly financial package (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, KPIs) by the 15th

Post intercompany transfers and entries weekly to keep balances clean

Review payroll for accuracy bi-weekly (wages, classifications, adjustments)

Submit monthly Workers Comp reports and ensure compliance filings are on time

Oversee accounts payable & receivable weekly in QuickBooks Online

Flag red flags and financial risks early—before they become problems

Provide CPA-level insight to leadership for proactive decision-making

Requirements
Must-Haves:
Accountant with 4+ years of experience in multi-entity accounting

Mastery in QuickBooks Online (reconciliations, adjusting entries, compliance)

Strong GAAP knowledge and ability to manage cash vs accrual reporting

Proven track record of closing books quickly and accurately (by the 10th)

Attention to detail and zero tolerance for errors

Proactive, trustworthy, and professional with confidential data

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Proactively reports out

Nice-to-Have:
Experience with construction or trades bookkeeping

Familiarity with California/Nevada payroll and workers comp reporting

Ability to create dashboards and financial metrics for small businesses

Hours & Pay
Part-time: ~10-16 hours per week on a normal week and a few more hours at the end of the month/ quarters

Pay aligned with experience and reliability (paid bi-weekly via EasyPay on OnlineJobs.ph)

Flexible schedule: work your own hours, as long as deadlines are met
