About the Role:
I’m looking for a warm, detail-loving assistant to help guide clients through the exciting stage that comes after their portrait session: selecting and ordering the artwork that will live in their homes for years to come. This role is all about pairing a thoughtful client experience with an eye for detail and design.
What You’ll Do:
Connect with clients after their session and guide them through the ordering process with care and confidence
Share product knowledge and suggestions for albums, wall art, and prints that best showcase their portraits
Coordinate the details of each order—facilitating retouching, preparing files, and working with print labs (you won’t be doing the retouching yourself)
Ensure every order is accurate, polished, and delivered beautifully
Keep client communication clear, kind, and consistent
What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency in Lightroom (for image handling and file organization)
Familiarity with portrait products like albums, wall collections, and print finishes
Strong organizational skills with a love for details
Excellent communication skills—professional yet approachable, with a warm and genuine voice
A clean, simple aesthetic and appreciation for timeless design
