Create a Wordpress site that's an EXACT copy of www.getpaidsurveys.com

Hello,

I'm looking for a full-time Web developer who is skilled in Wordpress, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript.

I own www.getpaidsurveys.com. It is built with a custom CMS that I can give you access to.

I would like this site to be re-created in Wordpress, so that we can manage it in Wordpress instead of the custom CMS.

This would be built on a fresh install of Wordpress on a new domain. Then, once the site is an exact copy of www.getpaidsurveys.com, I will migrate it to www.getpaidsurveys.com. When this is complete, users should not notice that the site is now on Wordpress.

Here are important considerations:
- the site should be responsive as it is now
- each of the survey pages (e.g. SurveySavvy, Opinion Outpost, etc.) should be a custom post type with custom fields for description, testimonial, seo title, seo description, ratings, minimum age, processing time, logo, tips, etc. Basically, every piece of meta data that exists on ALL survey pages should be a custom field. You could use the plugin "Advanced Custom Fields" or let me know if there's a better way
- all comments, blog posts, and footer links should be migrated to this new site
- we no longer need the LOGIN functionality
- the existing look & feel should be created as a theme. Hopefully there is an easy way to copy the design to the new site
- I will give you a list of plugins to install, including Yoast SEO, and Optin Monster, and I'm open to other good plugins that will help you accomplish this project
- I will give you a list of events to fire in Mixpanel. It's important you understand how to tag the site for Mixpanel

This is the first of many projects we have. My ultimate goal is for you to accomplish this project and THEN hire you for more projects, most of which will utilize Wordpress.

You're more likely to be hired if you're familiar with conversion rate optimization and building funnels for affiliate offers.
