About the role
I am a 25-year-old entrepreneur based in Koh Samui, Thailand. I am launching a personal brand about entrepreneurship, building businesses in Thailand, real estate, and day-to-day operator life. I need a Head of Content who can own short-form scripting and packaging, set the content system, and guide an editor. This role is only for the personal brand. Real estate and Isla have their own plans. The AI coaching product will be ads only.

What you will do

* Own the content strategy and weekly calendar for the personal brand
* Write 12 to 20 short-form scripts per week (45–60 seconds, 120–150 words)
* Build a hook library and angle bank (50 to 100+ effective hooks)
* Create titles, captions, CTAs, and simple shot lists for the editor
* Quality control: check pacing, pattern interrupts, and first-frame promises
* Research topics and translate my talking points into clear, simple scripts
* Run a weekly analytics review and iterate based on retention and saves
* Maintain organized assets and naming in Google Drive/Notion

Success metrics

* On-time delivery of scripts every week
* At least 20 percent of videos hit 3-second hold rate of 40 percent or higher
* Average watch time of 22 seconds or higher on videos under 60 seconds
* Clear uplift in saves, shares, and follows vs baseline
* Clean, repeatable system documented for long-term execution

What you have

* Proven short-form scripting experience for TikTok, Reels, or Shorts
* Portfolio showing videos you scripted that reached strong retention or 100k+ views
* Excellent English writing in a simple, direct style
* Strong understanding of hooks, first frames, and pattern interrupts
* Organized workflow using Google Docs/Sheets and Notion or Trello
* Ability to give clear direction to an editor (you do not need to edit)

Nice to have

* Title and thumbnail ideation for YouTube Shorts
* Experience with founder/education content
* Basic editing skills for reference cuts when needed

Work setup

* Remote. Must overlap at least 2 to 3 hours with Bangkok time (GMT+7)
* Daily 10-minute check-in, weekly analytics review
* Initial 4 to 6 weeks are system-building and training, then ongoing execution

Compensation
