We are seeking a highly experienced WordPress Developer with deep expertise in front-end + back-end development, speed optimization, and SEO-focused builds. Our designs are custom, creative, and highly branded — this is not a role for someone who only edits templates, or a junior developer.

We want someone who can take full ownership of development, integrations, and optimization — not just execute tasks. You must be driven, proactive, and intellectually sharp.

What We’re Looking For

Strong WordPress Expertise:

5+ years of custom WordPress development.
Advanced skills in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, PHP, and jQuery.
Experience building custom themes, plugins, and integrations.

Clean Code & Performance Focus:

Writes scalable, maintainable, and optimized code.
Expert in page speed optimization (Core Web Vitals, caching, lazy loading, etc.).
SEO-centric development (schema markup, semantic HTML, proper structure).

Integration & Technical Knowledge:

Comfortable working with AWS hosting, server environments, and scaling.
Experience integrating APIs (Zapier, CRMs, third-party tools).
Deep knowledge of plugins (both customizing and building from scratch).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain custom WordPress websites with complex, brand-heavy design.
Write clean, lightweight, fast-loading code.
Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile performance.
Manage server environments (AWS) and deploy updates.
Build and integrate with APIs (Zapier, automation tools, marketing stacks).
Collaborate closely with designers and marketing team to ensure designs are executed 100?curately.
Stay ahead of the latest WordPress, security, and SEO best practices.
