I noticed your shop specializes in [precision machining, fabrication work, custom tooling], and in speaking with other tool-and-die and fab shop owners, many have shared that they're seeking IT support that truly understands what's important on their shop floor. Most recently, shop leaders have highlighted two big priorities: they're either looking for IT solutions that help improve machine uptime, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, and productivity, or they're exploring ways to protect their shop floor from cyber-attacks not just the front office. How do those resonate with you?

Choose an objection to record:

1) “We already have IT.”
Reply: “Good—your office systems are covered. On the floor, your team cares about uptime, clean programs, and no surprise lockups. If a 1-page self-check helps your ops lead confirm controllers and USB policy, want that?”
Bridge Q: “If anything flags, who should review it—you or ops?”

2) “We’re air-gapped.”
Reply: “That’s strong. Shops like yours still see vendor USBs and shared laptops near machines. If a 10-minute self-check confirms you’re truly segmented, do you want it for your team?”
Bridge Q: “Who owns that review on your side?”

3) “No time.”
Reply: “Fair. Your team can scan the checklist in under five minutes between jobs. If that saves a day later, worth it?”
Bridge Q: “Prefer I email it to you or to your ops lead?”
