Merchandise Designer & Mockup Creator (Photoshop / Illustrator)

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented designer to help create merchandise designs, product mockups, and vendor-ready files for a martial arts company. This role will involve working closely with our team to produce high-quality, professional design assets for apparel and other merchandise.

Main Responsibilities:
• Create tech packs and clear instruction PDFs for vendors
• Design and format product mockup images for our website (Photoshop & Illustrator)
• Create new merchandise designs based on brand direction
• Ensure all design files meet print and production requirements
• Maintain consistency with brand style and quality standards

Requirements:
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Experience creating tech packs and vendor-ready files
• Strong understanding of apparel/merchandise production processes
• Ability to create clean, realistic mockups for e-commerce
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Nice to Have:
• Experience in sportswear, streetwear, or e-commerce product design
• Familiarity with file preparation for both print and digital
