AI Workflow & Automation Specialist – Full-Time, Remote, $9.50/h up to $2,500/Month

About us:
We are an IT service provider helping both our own company and our clients to automate processes using modern AI technology. We are looking for a long-term full-time tea ---------- mber with strong expertise in AI workflows, database integration, and automation.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI workflows connecting databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, etc.) with AI systems (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Build integrations with frontends (Voice Agents, Chatbots, Teams, web interfaces)
- Develop automated analyses and reports, writing results back into databases
- Conduct feasibility analyses: Assess whether a client project is possible with the available data, create a clear plan, and provide an estimated time effort (e.g. 8, 20, or 50 hours) so we can evaluate profitability in advance
- Pay close attention to client-specific requirements – every project is different, details matter
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of all workflows and systems (even if you work independently, everything must be clearly documented)
- Deploy solutions preferably on our own server infrastructure (self-hosted), using external tools only when strictly necessary
- Long-term: contribute to the future build-up of a dedicated team

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, ideally also NoSQL)
- Experience with AI systems and API integrations (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., n8n, ---------- , Relevance AI) – ideally also self-hosted
- Ability to design and maintain local server-based solutions for clients
- Structured approach to feasibility analyses and ability to provide clear time & cost estimations
- Excellent English communication skills (our internal company language)
- Independent, reliable, and highly detail-oriented in documentation

Work Conditions:
- Full-time position (8–12 hours per day, flexible schedule)
- 100% remote with full flexibility – but availability 5 days per week is required
- Starting rate: $9.50/hour – up to $2,500/month
- Opportunity for rate increases based on efficiency and successful client projects
- Plan to build a long-term dedicated team in the future
