JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based house cleaning company seeking a full-time Customer Service and Administrative Agent to collaborate with our Customer Service and Sales department.

Your daily responsibilities include:
1. Updating the list of pending and completed jobs for different clients.
2. Responding to our clients' requests via WhatsApp.
3. Making sales calls to acquire new clients.
4. Coordinating with supervisors and cleaners.

This position is full-time. Excellent fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Working hours are Monday through Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.
$4.50/hour to start, with raises every 6 months and performance bonuses every 3 months.
If accepted, you will be trained to respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and text messages.
