AI Operations Specialist

We are an AI Automation Agency looking for a serious and dedicated tea ---------- mber who specializes in AI tools.

We're seeking a well rounded AI and operations generalist and implementer who can handle the following on a day to day basis:

1) AI automation and agent implementation with experience using n8n, Make, Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, HeyGen, and other popular AI tools

2) CRM setup and systems for GoHighLevel to build out our sales pipeline and management of leads - email marketing, lead nurture worksflows, DM automations, etc.

3) Marketing funnels and website builds using WordPress, Divi Theme Builder, and other AI apps

Key Responsibilities:

• Help business owners deliver value and deliverables to clients through project management, execution and delivery of AI systems, automations and agents

• Manage security, ethics, compliance and best practices for all AI usage and workflows especially client-facing

• Stay on top of AI trends, new updates, new features and the best AI tools to remain cutting edge, innovative and offer the best results possible to our clients

• Meet project and task deadlines as assigned by business owners, meet quality control expectations, and manage workflows, automations and systems to ensure high performance and accuracy

• Proactively check all work to prevent any errors, broken links, glitches or underperforming automations

• Work with owners to stay aligned with branding, messaging, client objectives, ROI goals, content quality and standards of the company or the client

• Report any issues to the owners immediately and suggest solutions to resolve issues timely

• Communicate with owners and track work each week to stay on task, show progress and continue to help the company grow and scale efficiently, helping to find ways to reduce costs and overhead
