We’re hiring remote rostering coordinators to support our after-hours and weekend operations.

Hours (AEST)
• Weekdays: 4:30am–9:00am & 5:00pm–11:30pm
• Weekends: 4:30am–11:00pm
Shared roster / flexible scheduling

Responsibilities:
• Fill urgent shift requests using CRM & client portals
• Contact nurses/support workers to confirm availability
• Update real-time notes and availability lists
• Communicate professionally with AU clients and staff

• Healthcare recruitment / BPO scheduling
experience
• Fast worker with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with night/AEST shifts
