UI/UX Designer (Figma) [Paid Test for Full Time Work]

Hiring a talented and driven web and mobile designer for a paid test project that will convert into a full time role. I'm looking for strong skills in web design, simple modern layouts, user flows, and web apps. The paid project will test your ability to create high-fidelity web app designs from a working prototype, identify usability improvements, suggest and design a new feature, and a light branding exercise. Designs will be delivered in Figma. Excellent written communication and a clean, user-friendly style are a must.

What I need:
- Good at clear and quick written communication.
- Not afraid to ask questions.
- Strong skills in web design and simple, modern layouts.
- Experience making dashboards, editors, or small web apps.
- A style that is clean, easy to use, and nice to look at.

Deliverables:
- Figma design files.
- Short notes explaining your ideas and documenting design details.
- Estimated hours.
- Actual hours worked.
