Fluent English Virtual Assistant

Hiring QUALIFIED Candidate that speaks proficiently in ENGLISH and has GREAT comprehensive skills to understand the demands of daily work assignments. Also takes the initiative to improve workflow and deliver efficient/quality results. Qualified Candidate must have EXCELLENT "Critical Thinking Skills" to evaluate/analysis and problem solve for whenever a clear path of resolution isn't available OR enters into an unknown situation with a work assignment or customer and needs to find a solution. Candidate will work on a multitude of projects/task that will require attention to detail and be resourceful/committed to completing the work assignment with quality and efficiency. LASTLY, applying Candidate will also be updating client or prospects profiles on business CRM in addition, to periodically receiving inbound calls & making outbound calls. Candidate MUST be 30 years or older AND a Female ONLY.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & other Requirements
1. MUST have 3 years or more of experience in BPO industry
2. MUST have 3 years or more of experience in outbound or inbound phone support.
3. Candidates with prior Team Managment OR Operations Management experience will be HIGHLY considered for Hiring
4. Need to have fast internet and a reliable Computer or Laptop

WORK SCHEDULE:
Work schedule is a part-time schedule, working 4-5 hours per day for 5 days a week.
Days and Hours to work are Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm MST Arizona time.

ADDITIONAL INFO
1. This position is a permanent part time job, and a full-time shift could be available after 6 months of being hired
2. Hourly pay rate will be increased after working 90 days
3. Annual evaluations will be conducted to review Employee's performance which will determine new pay rate
4. 13th Month Bonus is available AND Vacation Paid Time off will be available AND Emergency/Sick time off will be available
5. Periodically Monthly, Project, and Annual Bonuses will be available that range from $50 dlls to $500 dlls per Bonus
