VA/General Manager

Hello! We are an exterior cleaning business located in Florida. We are searching for someone to join our fun, exciting, and positive workplace :) and manage day to day operations.

The ideal candidate is someone that is...

- Self motivated/Self starter
- Has confidence and willing to bet on themselves
- Requires minimal oversight after proper training
- Can lead and work with others

We will provide full training on every task required so please do not shy away from applying but we do require you to have a basic understanding of computers, phones, and social media. Being outgoing and the ability to critically think is a must. This job is fully remote and there is opportunity to make bonuses. * Answer phones, text, emails (sales) and contact us email submissions.
* Scheduling of jobs for homes under 3,000 sq ft.
* Scheduling of in person estimates.
* Social media scheduling via oneapp.
* Follow up phone calls.
* Create and upload 2 blog post a week to the website.
* Follow up call after work is completed (day after)
* Interviewing employees (video interview/First interview) [recorded]
* Respond to reviews
*and ETC.
