Short Form Content Script Writer (Instagram Reels/TikTok/Shorts)

We are looking for a creative Short Form Content Script Writer to join our team. Your role will be to take the viral research compiled by our researchers and the onboarding form submitted by clients (which details their personality, target audience, and preferred style) and turn that information into engaging, viral-ready scripts for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

This role is not about random content writing. You will be writing scripts designed to perform well on social media, tailored to each client’s unique voice and style.

Responsibilities:
-Review and analyze viral research reports created by our research team.
-Review client onboarding forms to understand their personality, brand, and audience.
-Combine both inputs to create customized viral short-form scripts.
-Write scripts in a clear, engaging, and easy-to-deliver format.
-Ensure scripts follow platform best practices (hooks, pacing, and CTA).
-Deliver scripts on schedule, ready for clients to record.

Requirements:
-Proven experience writing short-form social media scripts (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
-Strong understanding of viral content structures (hooks, storytelling, engagement triggers).
-Ability to adapt writing style to match each client’s brand and tone.
-Creative thinker who stays updated on trending formats, ---------- s, and viral hooks.
