Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced E-Learning Course Developer to take existing PowerPoint course content and transform it into engaging micro self-paced courses using Adobe Captivate.
This project will start with one (1) micro course as a test project. Once the workflow, quality, and process are finalized, this can lead to a long-term engagement. We have extensive course content ready for conversion into micro courses.
Responsibilities:
Convert provided PowerPoint slides into professional, interactive micro courses.
Utilize Articulate Storyline, Rise, or equivalent software to build engaging and user-friendly self-paced modules.
Incorporate provided images, text, and structure to align with our brand style.
Export and deliver final SCORM files for LMS upload.
Collaborate with our team to optimize flow, layout, and learner engagement.
Ensure timely delivery and consistency across projects.
Requirements:
Proven experience developing self-paced or micro courses in Adobe Captivate.
Strong understanding of e-learning best practices, microlearning design, and SCORM compliance.
Ability to follow brand guidelines and deliver professional-quality results.
Willingness to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) before starting work.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Compensation:
Initial test project: $25 for 1 micro course.
After successful completion, we will establish ongoing payment terms based on the number of courses and timeframes required.
We are open to investing in software licenses (Articulate, etc.) if you provide clear direction on what best suits our needs.
Type of Work: Project-based (with potential for long-term work).
