Role Overview

You will be answering inbound calls for our clients in the in-home senior care industry. Most callers are seniors (or their family members) who need help at home. Your role is to listen, qualify, and book appointments on our clients’ calendars for assessments and care services.

If a prospect fills out a form online, you’ll call them promptly to qualify and book them. All you need to do is update Slack and our CRM from your phone with the relevant information.

This is not cold calling or hard selling – it’s about being professional, caring, and guiding seniors through the process of getting help.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls immediately when they come in

Call prospects who fill out forms online to qualify and book appointments

Act as a trusted advisor, guiding seniors and their families to the right solution (not hard selling)

Accurately update client CRMs daily to keep data clean and organized for our Ads team

Attend regular tea ---------- etings and training sessions

Requirements

Must be available to answer the phone when scheduled

Must be reliable, organized, and accountable

Must enjoy helping people and have excellent communication skills

Must be comfortable speaking with seniors in a compassionate and professional manner

Preferred but not required: experience in customer service, medical field, appointment setting, or in-home senior care
