Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Healthcare Staffing Recruiter to join our medical staffing company. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet client needs. This role requires strong communication, relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, databases, referrals, and networking.
Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and verify qualifications.
Manage the hiring process from application to placement.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
Collaborate with compliance and scheduling teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Meet staffing goals and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare talent.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must have 2+ years’ proven experience in healthcare recruitment
Familiarity with VMS (Vendor Management Systems) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) software.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to thrive in a target-driven, deadline-oriented environment.
