Experience with an Australian non-bank lender is ESSENTIAL - you'll hit the ground running with our established processes while contributing to our continued success.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Application Management: Process multiple loan files simultaneously using ApplyOnline, LoanApp platforms and manual lodgement as well as Salestrekker or equivalent CRM, ensuring accurate and timely lodgement to lenders.

- Documentation Excellence: Collect, verify and manage all client documentation throughout the loan journey.

- Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients, keeping them informed and engaged while collecting required signatures and supporting documents.

- Lender Relations: Build and nurture relationships with our panel of non-bank and specialist lenders, understanding their specific requirements and turnaround times.

- Data Management: Handle substantial data entry across multiple systems, ensuring client information is captured accurately with electronic filing precision.

- Sales Support: You will work hand-in-hand with our sales team to support them by following up with customers including completing servicing calculations and helping structure suitable finance solutions based on lender credit policies.

Experience: Minimum 2+ years hands-on Australian loan processing experience with non-bank lenders
Documentation Expertise: Strong understanding of full doc and alt-doc lending requirements
Technical Skills: Proficiency with NextGen Apply Online systems and CRM platforms
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for client and lender interactions
