The Role: DM Setter (Direct Message Setter)

We’re looking for a high?character, high?performance DM Setter to join our team. Your mission: find and connect with owners and decision?makers in our target industries, start meaningful conversations, qualify prospects, and book sales calls that lead to high?value videography projects.
You will be given lead lists, but the magic comes from your ability to research, personalize, and spark interest in a crowded digital space. Every DM you send is a first impression of Live More—so it needs to reflect our creativity, precision, and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

Locate and engage construction and wellness business owners on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
Personalize outreach with relevant industry hooks and references to Live More’s portfolio
Qualify prospects based on our Ideal Client Profile (ICP)
Book sales appointments in the Founder’s calendar with accurate, complete lead information
Follow up, confirm, and remind prospects to maintain high show rates
Maintain perfect CRM hygiene and fast response times

We’re Looking For Someone Who

Thrives in a performance?driven role and hits daily/weekly KPIs
Has 1–2+ years of experience in DM setting, appointment setting, or outbound lead generation
Writes sharp, concise, persuasive messages without errors
Knows how to adapt tone for contractors and clinic owners
Has an impeccable online presence and represents the brand with professionalism
Is self?managed, coachable, and driven to win
Can work remotely, even outside the U.S., with reliable internet

KPIs You’ll Own

80–120 outbound first touches/day
15–25 meaningful conversations/day
2–4 booked appointments/day
60–70% booked?to?kept show rate
?95% CRM data accuracy

Compensation & Perks

Base: $4/hr (full?time)
Bonus: $1/hr for KPI’s reached in a pay period
Bonus: $1/hr for KPI’s maintained over 2 or more pay periods
Per Kept Appointment: $25–$40 (depending on KPI’s)
Monthly Bonuses: $250–$1,000 for exceeding KPI’s (based on individual performance, set by manager)
Remote work with global applicants welcome
