JOB OVERVIEW

Position Type: Part-time (20 hrs/week to start, potential to grow)
Rate: $5–$7/hour USD + bonuses for qualified lead generation
Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)

Our mission is to help families improve their financial literacy, protect their loved ones, and create paths to financial independence.
We are looking for a proactive and organized Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to help us attract high-quality prospects, nurture relationships, and keep our CRM organized — all while following strict compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

1. LinkedIn Lead Generation

Research and connect with targeted professionals (U.S.-based, 28–45 years old, career-driven, leadership experience, or ex-athletes).

Send personalized connection requests using approved scripts.

Engage with connections’ content to warm up relationships before outreach.

Log and update all leads in our GoHighLevel CRM.

2. Social Media Engagement for Lead Gen

Identify and engage with potential prospects in target groups and hashtags.

Respond to comments and messages using approved templates.

Direct interested prospects into our CRM for follow-up.

3. CRM & Pipeline Management (GoHighLevel)

Maintain an up-to-date lead database with accurate tagging and pipeline stages.

Trigger automated follow-up campaigns when new leads are added.

Prepare weekly reports on new leads, conversations started, and booked calls.

4. Compliance & Brand Voice

Always represent the business as an independent agent with WFG/Transamerica.

Avoid product specifics, income claims, or lifestyle promises (training provided).

Keep messaging warm, professional, and approachable.

Qualifications

Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation or appointment setting.

Proficiency with GoHighLevel or other CRMs.

Strong written English communication skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-up.

Preferred:

Experience in financial services, insurance, or network marketing.

Knowledge of the U.S. professional market and business culture.

Work Hours

20 hrs/week (flexible schedule, but must overlap at least 2 hours/day with U.S. Mountain Time).

Compensation

$5–$7/hour (depending on experience).

Performance Bonus: Paid for each qualified lead booked into a meeting.
