GoHighLevel + Make.com Expert – Build & Customize SaaS Niche Automation Systems

Description:
FlowChainLabs is a SaaS automation agency building niche-specific solutions for local service businesses. We’re looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (SaaS Pro) + ---------- implementer to build 3 master systems (HVAC, Specialty Medical, Commercial Roofing) and customize them for clients.
Responsibilities:
Build 3 master GoHighLevel snapshots based on our SOPs (pipelines, workflows, dashboards, AI prompts, landing pages, forms)


Create ---------- scenarios for PDF generation, API integrations, KPI reporting


Set up pricebook templates & branded PDF shells


Customize snapshots with client-specific branding, pricing, and configurations after sale


Run QA tests before go-live


Document all builds for reusability


Requirements:
Proven GoHighLevel SaaS Pro experience (snapshots, workflows, AI, calendars, phone, chat, forms, dashboards)


Strong ---------- skills (webhooks, API integrations, Google Sheets, PDF generation)


Ability to follow SOPs exactly with minimal supervision


Familiarity with HIPAA-safe workflows (bonus for medical builds)


Attention to detail, clear communication, and reliability


Preferred:
HTML/CSS for light PDF and landing page customization


Experience with niche industries like HVAC, medical, or construction
