About Us
We are a fast-growing dropshipping brand in the Beauty & Health niche, focused on creating high-performing, psychology-driven creatives that convert. We run data-driven Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns and are looking for a Creative Strategist who can help us scale winning products quickly and profitably.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can research, plan, and produce ad concepts that speak directly to our target audience. You’ll be responsible for creating detailed briefs for our editors, ensuring they have all the information needed to produce high-performing ads. If you also have the ability to edit image ads or video ads yourself, this is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Iterate Winning Creatives: Create 3+ new briefs per product per day based on our top performers.
- Creative Research: Use Facebook Ads Library, TikTok Ads Library, and other spy tools to find high-performing competitor ads.
- Audience Analysis: Analyze our Facebook Ads data to understand audience demographics, interests, and behaviors.
- Brief Creation: Deliver clear, detailed briefs for image and video ads to our editing team.
- Framework Application: Consistently apply proven frameworks like AIDA, PAS, and 4Ps in all briefs.
- Testing & Scaling: Deliver new briefs within 24 hours for testing, and iterate quickly based on results.

KPIs & Performance Targets
- New Creatives per Day: Target of 3 per product per day (image & video briefs), up to 12–15/day when multiple winners are active.
- Iteration Speed: New variations live within 24 hours based on data analysis.
-ROAS Goal: New creatives should match or outperform existing winners within 7 days.
- Quality Standards: 2–3 new winning creatives per week that outperform top performers.

Bonus Structure

-Bonus for winning creatives achieving a ROAS above 2.0 with a minimum agreed ad spend threshold.

What We’re Looking For

-Proven experience as a Creative Strategist in dropshipping stores, ideally in the Beauty & Health niche.
- Strong understanding of marketing psychology, hooks, and buyer personas.
- Ability to create highly detailed, actionable briefs for editors.
- Basic to advanced editing skills are a plus, but not required.
- Strong research skills to uncover competitor angles and trends.

Must-Have Tools & Skills

- Facebook Ads Library / TikTok Ads Library
- Canva, CapCut, or similar tools (if doing own editing)
- Knowledge of direct-response advertising principles
- Understanding of ad metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA)

Important
You must have previous experience working with dropshipping stores.
