Product Uploader - Shopify

We’re Hiring: Full-Time Product Uploader & Image Editor (Remote)

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, tech-savvy Product Uploader to help keep our e-commerce store running smoothly and looking its best. If you have a sharp eye for detail, know your way around Shopify, and can turn raw product data into polished, on-brand listings, this role is for you.

You’ll be responsible for organizing and uploading products to our Shopify store, editing product images, and ensuring every listing is accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for the best customer experience. This is a full-time remote role —perfect for someone who enjoys structured work, thrives on precision, and can work independently to hit deadlines.

### Key Responsibilities

* Upload and manage products in Shopify with accuracy and efficiency
* Organize product information (titles, descriptions, tags, categories, etc.) according to brand standards
* Edit, resize, and optimize product images (using Canva or similar tools)
* Create and format size charts (using *Kiwi Size Charts* or similar Shopify apps)
* Optimize listings for search and discoverability (using Shopify *Search & Discovery*)
* Maintain consistency across all product listings in tone, style, and layout
* Follow SOPs precisely while suggesting improvements where needed

### Required Skills & Qualifications

* Proven experience with Shopify product uploading and app integrations
* Basic image editing skills (Canva or equivalent tools)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
* Clear, professional written and verbal communication in English
* Familiarity with Shopify apps such as *Search & Discovery* and *Kiwi Size Charts*
* Active ChatGPT account and ability to use it for task support
* Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment
