Tech/Admin VA

We’re looking for a VA with tech experience (in the general field of web design, SEO, automation, etc.) This is primarily an implementation/admin/tech setup role, with occasional light design judgment.


Tasks:
-Taking finalized copy and formatting it into SEO-friendly blog posts
Setting up emails inside Flodesk for review and scheduling
-Creating blog posts from podcast episodes and ensuring SEO best practices are followed
-Building pages in Showit (with a demo if needed) — including opt-in pages, quiz result pages, etc.
-Setting up ThriveCart product pages, checkout pages, and connecting payment workflows
-Ideally, someone with Zapier experience as well, to help with occasional automations and integrations
-Other admin tasks as needed

Ideal Candidate:
-Tech-comfortable and quick to learn tools (Flodesk, Showit, ThriveCart, Zapier)
-Strong eye for clean formatting and layout within templates
-Highly reliable, communicates clearly, and follows through without handholding
-Organized and proactive
-Open to learning my processes and growing into more responsibility over time



Details:
$5/hour
10 hours/week
Mon-Fri U.S. time
2 hours a day (roughly around 1am-4am Philippine time Tues-Sat). Hours can be adjusted as needed but general U.S. hours availability needed
1 year raise guaranteed
Opportunity for more hours based on performance
