What We are Looking For

I need an Upwork Profile & Proposal Manager who can help me position my services effectively, write strong proposals, and assist with client communication and lead conversion.

Responsibilities

Optimize and refine my Upwork profile for clarity, credibility, and strong first impressions.

Research and apply to relevant high-quality job opportunities (no low-budget clients).

Write personalized, engaging Upwork proposals that highlight my skills and value.

Manage follow-up messages and lead nurturing on Upwork.

Create a simple call script I can use to confidently close deals on discovery calls.

(Optional) Assist or coach during client calls to help secure the project.

Requirements

Fluent in English with strong written communication skills.

Proven experience managing Upwork profiles or freelance client acquisition.

Ability to write natural, compelling proposals (not generic templates).

Understanding of creative or video-related services is a plus.

Reliable, organized, and able to take initiative.

Nice to Have

Experience helping video editors, designers, or agencies win clients.

Familiarity with positioning, sales psychology, or creative service pricing.
