Real Estate Analyst / Comp Specialist – For Experienced VA (Remote)

Closify Offers Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Real Estate Analyst / Comp Specialist. This role requires someone who already knows the U.S. market, comps research, and valuation process inside and out. No beginners or fresh VAs — we’re looking for experts who can deliver results right away.

What You’ll Do
• Research property values & comps using Zillow, Redfin, MLS, ---------- .
• Complete CMA reports for residential & land properties.
• Maintain detailed, organized valuation records.
• Provide accurate and timely analysis for acquisitions.

What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 1–2 years of real estate VA / comp analysis experience.
• Proven U.S. real estate knowledge.
• Advanced in Google Sheets / Excel.
• Excellent English skills + strong attention to detail.

Compensation & Setup
• Remote | Start 30 hrs/week ? Grow to 40 hrs/week.
• $6/hr + uncapped commisions/profit share.
• Weekly Pay
• Remote Work
