Closify Offers is hiring an Acquisition Manager to join our real estate team. In this role, you’ll manage land acquisition transactions from first contact to closing — negotiating with landowners, sending offers, and ensuring smooth, successful deals.

Responsibilities:
- Contact and build rapport with landowners via phone, email, and SMS
- Send, track, and follow up on offers or financing approvals
- Negotiate pricing and terms directly with sellers
- Review and prequalify incoming leads passed from the Leads Team
- Manage and update leads, offers, and deals through CRM system
- Coordinate with management to keep deal flow on track
- Support outreach campaigns (calls, SMS, direct mail) as needed

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in acquisitions, sales, or real estate (land preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent English (spoken & written) with a neutral accent - C2 - C1 English Proficiency
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines (preferred)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office

Work Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM EST (Optional Saturdays)
- Compensation: $7/hour + 3% commission for first 3 months and will have more benefits after!
