Now we’re looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) who can help our clients stay on track and get the most out of Pwrdly.

What You’ll Be Doing (2–3 Hours Per Day)

- Talking with clients, checking in, and answering simple questions
- Following step-by-step instructions (SOPs) to complete important tasks for them
- Working with our support team to fix any problems clients have
- Making sure clients are happy, using the software, and seeing progress

What We’re Looking For

- You’re great at talking with people
- You’re organised and can follow clear instructions
- You’ve worked in customer support, admin, or account management before (at least 1 year)
- You care about helping others succeed
- You’re reliable, responsive, and easy to work with
