JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a full-time Customer Support & Dispute Manager to help build our in-house CS system for a fast-growing e-commerce brand. You’ll set up and run Re:amaze (or similar customer service software), automate emails, handle disputes, respond to customers, and liaise with suppliers.

Mandatory: Proven dispute-handling experience with Klarna, PayPal, and Stripe, plus hands-on experience using Re:amaze or other similar customer service platforms. Applications without this will not be considered.
