Phone skills, data entry real estate VA

I'm looking for someone to work 3-4 hrs a day, M-F, Duration is open - if you're a rock star and continually progress, I'll keep you on indefinitely. You'll be doing the following (instructions/training will be provided):
- calling and taking calls from leads (this will account for most of your day every day)
- maintaining a lead database (experience with Podio a plus)

You’ll be expected to:
- speak English fluently
- have telemarketing/sales experience and be AWESOME on the phone.
- work from a computer, while sharing your screen via Skype, during all working hours
- have a smartphone that you can use all day
- provide a detailed End Of Day status each day, detailing tasks and accomplishments
