I’m looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to help run TikTok ad campaigns for my growing online business. This is a full-time position (8 hours/day) doing simple but consistent tasks — launching ads, monitoring performance, and handling occasional account issues. You’ll be fully trained with step-by-step tutorials, but prior TikTok ads experience is a big plus.

Requirements:
Ability to follow detailed instructions and stick to processes
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Fast, reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
High-quality PC or Gaming PC (Important)
Good communication skills (must be responsive during work hours)
Comfortable working under pressure when TikTok throws challenges (e.g., account suspensions)
Willingness to learn and improve over time

Tasks Include:
Setting up and launching TikTok ad campaigns
Monitoring and adjusting budgets, targeting, and creatives based on performance data
Troubleshooting suspended ad accounts
Tracking and reporting key metrics
Following proven SOPs for campaign scaling
Following my proven campaign strategy and reporting results daily

Working Hours & Time Off:
8 hours/day, Monday–Saturday (Sundays off)
Consistent hours — we’ll set a schedule and stick to it
Time off can be requested in advance

Pay:
$400/month for full-time commitment (Opportunities for increase in compensation with consistent quality performance)
Paid weekly every Monday ($100/week)
Payment via Payoneer, Wise, or Remitly
