Job Description – Shopify Product Upload

We are looking for an individual or team to assist with uploading products to our Shopify store. This can be a one-time project as well as ongoing product uploads.

Scope of Work:

Import products into Shopify via CSV file or directly through the admin panel

Upload and optimize product images (white or consistent background)

Write or improve SEO-optimized product descriptions

Enter correct pricing, SKU, variants, and inventory levels

Create and tag products for automatic collections

Ensure mobile-friendly display and correct formatting

Requirements:

Proven experience with Shopify and product importing

Knowledge of e-commerce SEO best practices

Ability to work efficiently and accurately in bulk

Good communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus)

Volume:
Approx. 200+ products for the initial upload, with the possibility of ongoing monthly uploads.

Timeline:
Start immediately – initial upload to be completed within 5–7 business days.
