JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead, mentor, and expand our marketing team while advising on strategy and driving measurable growth for our clients. You’ll manage a team of three marketers (with plans to grow), set up and optimize new marketing channels, oversee all content production, and ensure high-quality, SEO-driven results across multiple industries.

In this role, you’ll be both a leader and a hands-on contributor—guiding strategy, managing execution, and producing impactful content for our clients. As part of a consulting agency, you will act as the strategic link between the marketing team, our clients, and the founder—aligning resources, communicating needs, and ensuring campaigns deliver results.

Location: Remote (Philippines – Cebu preferred for occasional in-person team building)
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PH time (1-hour lunch)
Start Date: ASAP

Compensation & Benefits:

- PHP 80,000 during 2-month probation
- PHP 100,000 after probation (performance-based raise after 1 year)
- 10 paid holidays
- 10 paid vacation days
- 3 paid sick days
- 13 month pay

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the marketing team, providing direction, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Oversee content production for multiple clients, ensuring quality, accuracy, relevance, and SEO effectiveness.
- Advise on marketing strategy for clients, including identifying opportunities, setting up new marketing channels, and optimizing existing efforts.
- Create high-quality B2B content yourself, including case studies, service pages, blog posts, and thought leadership articles.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance, content output, and campaign results.
- Collaborate with the founder and client teams to adjust strategy, allocate resources, and recommend hires as the team scales.
- Maintain and improve content standards, ensuring work is well-researched, engaging, and aligned with client goals.
- Stay current with industry trends, SEO best practices, and B2B marketing tactics to keep client strategies competitive.

Requirements – Must-Have Experience

- 5-10 years in marketing roles, with proven success in B2B marketing and SEO-driven content creation.
- Experience managing a permanent marketing team (not just freelancers or contractors).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with a portfolio of B2B work.
- Proficiency with WordPress and common digital marketing tools.
- Clear understanding of content strategy, SEO growth tactics, and performance measurement.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently toward defined goals.
- Professional in giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Located in the Philippines (Cebu preferred for occasional team-building).

- Quality, volume, and impact of client content.
- SEO performance and lead generation growth for client accounts.
- Ability to scale and improve team performance through leadership and strategic direction.
