Instagram DM Appointment Setter

I’m a content creator looking for a reliable, high-energy appointment setter to handle Instagram Direct Messages with new followers of my account.

I help people become conversational in Spanish, so your role will be to engage new followers in genuine, friendly conversations about their Spanish learning journey and guide them toward booking a sales call with me for my coaching program.

You’ll be:
- Responding quickly to new followers and inbound messages
- Asking engaging, relevant questions to build rapport
- Following scripts but adapting naturally to each conversation
- Maintaining brand integrity and representing me professionally
- Tracking conversations and booked calls in our CRM/system
- Following daily/weekly targets for outreach and booked appointments


Requirements:
- Excellent written English (clear, natural, and friendly tone)
- Prior sales or appointment setting experience (DM, phone, or email, but Instagram DMs preferred)
- Able to follow instructions and stick to proven scripts while sounding natural
- Fast, consistent response times during agreed work hours
- Self-motivated, reliable, and socially calibrated

Nice to Have:
- Experience in social media engagement
