Podetize is seeking a talented and passionate Creative AI Video Specialist to join our creative team.

Job Description:
The Creative AI Video Specialist transforms talking-head footage into engaging, stylized cartoon or caricature animations. This role leverages advanced AI tools to streamline the animation process, from character design to motion, to produce unique and high-quality video content for marketing, social media, and internal communications.


Your primary responsibilities will include:
Transforming Content: Convert live-action talking-head videos into dynamic and engaging cartoon or caricature animations.
AI-Powered Workflow Management: Utilize and experiment with various AI tools to optimize the animation pipeline, from initial character generation to final rendering, ensuring a fast and efficient production process.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the management and other teams to understand project goals and deliver a final product that meets their vision. Effectively communicate progress and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
Time Management and Delivery: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality. Deliver final animated videos on schedule.
Quality Assurance: Edit and refine AI-generated assets, adding custom touches and ensuring the final animated video is polished, high-quality, and visually compelling.

Qualifications:
AI and Video Software Expertise: Must have hands-on experience with AI tools for animation and video. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is also required.
Strong Artistic Skills: Possesses a keen eye for visual design, including color, composition, and character style. Can translate concepts into compelling visuals.
Excellent Communication: Able to clearly and concisely present ideas and project updates. Works well with cross-functional teams to align on creative vision and goals.
Time Management: Manages multiple projects efficiently to meet all deadlines. Demonstrates the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality work on a tight schedule.
Knowledge of Production: Understands video production principles like pacing, editing, and sound design. This ensures the final animated video is professional and engaging.
Must have Veo 3 experience for at least one year.
