Real Estate Photo Editor - Flambient

I'm looking for an editor I can work with long term. My business is growing and I need consistency in my edits. I'm happy to pay for High end editing on shoots that require it for the high end market and some shoots will only need HDR due to the property not being high end.

What i'm looking for in my edits
No heavily de-saturated walls and ceilings turning the image grey
Natural looking images with sunlight and warmth
Skys must be natural and compliment the image, no silly oversaturated skys
I shoot flambient so I can have the correct colour and contrast in the scene.
I currently send 1 or 2 ambient and one flash per photo.
